I’m getting conflicting reports as to what is happening at Virginia Tech. What I can confirm is that VT has scheduled a 4:00pm press conference for this afternoon. Originally, it was believed that this had nothing to do with the fate of head coach Seth Greenburg. In fact, around 12:00 today, David Teel of the Daily Press tweeted: "Seth Greenberg just answered his phone with "Yes, I’m still employed." Said he has no idea what Virginia Tech press conference is about". Here’s where it gets strange…..that tweet has now been removed from Teel’s twitter and replaced at 2:00 with this one: "Sources: #Hokies press conference is about a change in head men’s basketball coach".
