Two separate sources have confirmed with me that Western Washington head coach Brad Jackson is departing for an assistant position on Lorenzo Romar’s staff at Washington. Jackson led WWU to the DII National Championship this past season (31-5). He has compiled a 518-279 record in his 27 seasons at the helm at WWU. It appears that he will replace Raphael Chillious who is rumored to be involved with a spot on Jay Wright’s staff at Villanova. More on this story as it becomes official.
