Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota vice president for Mission and Student Life Dr. Timothy Gossen announced Monday, July 16, that Jamison Rusthoven will no longer be the Cardinal men’s basketball head coach. The university will begin a national search for his replacement immediately.

Rusthoven was hired as the head coach at SMU back in 2013, and compiled a 23-101 during his tenure. Before becoming a head coach, Rusthoven served as an assistant at University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Hameline University (MN), and Concordia University (MN).
