According to an ESPN report, Grambling has decided not to retain head basketball coach Shawn Walker. It’s a bit of a surprising move, as Walker’s squad finished 16-17 this year – a nine game improvement over last season. Before becoming the head coach at GU back in 2014, he spent 13-seasons at DII Elizabeth City State where he had a 194-177 mark. More on this one when it becomes official.
