Paris Junior College (TX) head men’s basketball coach Bobby Taylor has announced his retirement, effective immediately. HoopDirt.com has obtained the following statement regarding Coach Taylor’s retirement:

Taylor took over as the head coach at PJC midway through the 2016 season. He had spent 5 seasons as an assistant at Texas A&M – Commerce, before returning to Paris, where he had served as an assistant coach from 1996-98. His best season came in 2017-18, when he led the Dragons to a 23-8 record.
