Tennessee assistant coach Adam Howard has resigned effective immediately. Howard joined the Tennessee staff this past spring after Donnie Tyndall was hired. He had been with Tyndall at both Morehead State and Southern Mississippi.

NCAA investigators met with Tyndall last week as part of their investigation into possible violations which may have taken place at Southern Mississippi. There is no word yet if Howard’s resignation was in any way related to the investigation.

Video Coordinator Beau Braden has been promoted to replace Howard. He spent the past two seasons as an assistant at Morehead State.
