North Carolina has released the details of new head basketball coach Hubert Davis’ contract.
Here are some of the highlights of the 5-year deal (The full term sheet can be downloaded below):

The bonus structure is as follows:
• $25,000 for ACC coach of the year
• $50,000 for national coach of the year
• $75,000 for an Academic Progress rate greater than or equal to 975
• $50,000 for a regular-season ACC title
• $50,000 for winning the ACC tournament
• $25,000 for making the NCAA tournament
• an additional $75,000 for reaching the round of 32
• an additional $75,000 for reaching the round of 16
• an additional $200,000 for reaching the round of 8
• an additional $200,000 for reaching the Final Four
• an additional $250,000 for winning the NCAA tournament
