Recruiting Boost is looking to hire multiple coaches to coach teams in the Recruiting Boost Spring ‘22 International Camp. From April 5-26th, 3 teams of international athletes will be in Charlotte, NC & Louisville, KY to play AAU in front of college coaches. Coaches will be active in practices, games, film study, and sightseeing. Our goal is to give these athletes a glimpse of what a college workload looks like. For three weeks, coaches will be busy and active in daily duties. Hotels, food, and transportation are all included.

Duties:

• Coaches, plans games, practices, scrimmages, workouts, team meetings, player and study halls.
• Executes travel arrangements.
• Temporary relocate to Charlotte, NC for 2 weeks and Louisville, KY for 1 week. Housing included.
• Interact in a positive manner with athletes, athletes families, and general public
• Manage competing priorities
• Manage and supervise athletes of all different personalities

Qualifications:

• Former College Coach
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Driver’s License
