Primary responsibility includes teaching, mentoring and instructing students in the classroom and student-athletes in the instruction of physical health, team concepts, and safety/welfare of student athletes. Responsible to advise students and student-athletes administratively with academic progress, academic issues, and academic degree completion. Responsible assisting with the management and administration of all phases of the men’s basketball program in a manner that upholds the Concordia College mission and the philosophy and objectives of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field;
1-2 years of basketball coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in related field;
experience recruiting;
K-12 or college teaching experience
