| Description: | Harcum College in Bryn Mawr, PA, a leader among the nation’s independent, two year colleges, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for its highly successful NJCAA Division I program. Responsibilities: The successful candidate is responsible for assisting the head coach in all facets of the men’s basketball program with particular emphasis on recruiting, monitoring academic progress, implementing and overseeing study hall, individual skill development, and overall program operation. Position will include on-campus housing and meal plan, and a $10,000 stipend. Qualifications/Skills: Previous coaching experience is required at the collegiate, high school level, or AAU level. A demonstrated successful history of recruiting quality student-athletes is preferred. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. |
