| Description: | The assistant men’s basketball coach must be committed to the college’s mission of coaching and teaching student athletes from a biblical worldview. Duties include assisting the Head Coach in the day to day operations of the basketball program. Those duties include, but are not limited to: recruiting, player development, leading the strength and conditioning portion of the program, and assisting student athletes to be successful in the classroom. Qualifications: – An earned bachelors degree (Masters degree preferred)
– Coaching experience at the high school, AAU, and/or college level
