Kaskaskia College is seeking applicants for an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach, which will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of coordinating and coaching the Men’s Basketball Team. Essential functions of the role include; assisting with the development of a competitive team, performing student success activities, monitoring the scholarship program, assisting with the recruitment of athletes, assist with travel arrangements for away games, monitoring equipment and ordering inventory as needed, and supporting fundraising.

This position requires an associate’s degree, previous coaching experience and/or experience playing at the collegiate level, strong public relations and communications skills, proficiency in organizing and planning, strong leadership skills, a commitment to the college and the team, a valid driver’s license and schedule flexibility that includes availability on weekends and evenings.
