A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Experience coordinating academics and mentoring students. Knowledge of the academic side of coaching. History of successful recruiting. Strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Knowledge of Division I rules and regulations.
