To provide highly skilled athletes a forum to participate and represent UCM in a first-class manner.

To provide a social activity for non-participating students and involve many others in game activities.

To provide assistance to the Head Coach in the organization, administration, and development of the program.

To recruit the highest quality Student-Athletes to UCM.

Experience

Two (2) years proven college/junior college or three (3) years successful high school coaching and recruiting experience.

Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations.

A complete UCM application for employment and resume are required. INCOMPLETE applications will NOT be considered.
