Proactively recruit student athletes who are a strong fit for UVF and our program spiritually, academically, and athletically in NCAA Division 3 2. Game day transportation and meals 3. Film exchange 4. Skill development 5. Assisting with practice and game preparation 6. Academic monitoring of student-athletes 7. Social media Requirements are a bachelor’s degree, previous playing or coaching experience, and recruiting experience. Additional salary or housing can be earned if you have a Cross Country background and would be interested in coaching that team. |
