| Description: | The Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach position is a part-time position for Wabash Valley College’s men’s basketball program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with coaching (including practices and individual workouts), scouting reports, recruiting, monitoring the eligibility, academic progress, and retention of student athletes, compliance to the NJCAA and institutional regulations, care, maintenance and inventory of facilities and equipment, and fundraising.
Qualifications
Successful basketball coaching at the collegiate level or JUCO experience strongly preferred. Must have knowledge of synergy, HUDL, and Fast Model products; a valid Driver’s License and CPR/AED certification are required. The position requires excellent public relations, fundraising, organization, and interpersonal skills.
