Alderson-Broaddus College seeks applications for a men’s basketball assistant coach. Reporting to the director of athletics and head coach, the assistant coach is responsible for carrying on the sport in the best interest of the college by adhering to the policies and regulations of the college as well as the practices and procedures of the Department of Athletics. Further, the men’s basketball assistant coach should have a working knowledge of facility practices, the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rules and the National Collegiate Athletic Association rules. Preferred qualifications include: a bachelor’s degree; prior coaching experience at the high school or college levels; collegiate playing experience; relevant coaching license; experience with video editing systems and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
