California State University, Northridge is seeking an experienced, dynamic and energetic individual as its Associate Head Men’s Basketball Coach, who will assist with all aspects of the Men’s Basketball Program. Reporting directly to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach, the Associate Head Coach will be directly responsible for the coordination and implementation of recruiting efforts with other coaches; the recruitment of student-athletes and completion of necessary compliance paperwork in regard to recruiting; assisting with the organizing and scheduling of all non-conference basketball games; and providing academic and personal counseling for position players. The Associate Head Coach will serve as the budget manager for the Men’s Basketball Program and perform paperwork and record keeping for the ordering, procurement and purchase of all equipment and other purchase for the Men’s Basketball Program. The Associate Head Coach will also supervise two other assistant men’s basketball coaches.
