Major/Essential Duties of the Job:
· Assist head coach in planning and operation of program.
· Provide leadership in implementation of the program
· Perform duties as assigned by the head coach
Other duties:
· Recruit quality student-athletes
· Encourage and monitor academic development of student-athletes
· Plan strength, conditioning, and skill development program
· Plan and coach practices
· Enforce discipline and sportsmanship behavior
· Home game management
· Equipment inventory and issue
· Scouting video breakdown and reports
· Participate in professional development opportunities
· Promote the program and Coastal Bend College
· Summer Camps
· Other duties as assigned by head coach
Master’s Degree or hours towards a Masters in Kinesiology required, pay is based on courses taught in Kinesiology.
