This 9-month, part-time position will assist the Head Men’s Basketball Coach with all aspects of a comprehensive NCAA Division III program including working with student-athletes in an attempt to fully maximize their potential, while supporting the mission of the college. Responsibilities include conditioning, on court instruction, coaching, recruiting, and scouting as assigned. Other responsibilities include promoting Emmanuel programs, and active participation in community relations activities. Ability to relate and effectively motivate student-athletes is essential, as well as a demonstrated commitment to high academic standards, sportsmanship, healthy lifestyles for student-athletes, demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to manage team dynamics.
