Under the direction of the head coach, perform all duties associated with running an NCAA Division III Men’s Basketball program.
Perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at all times in a fashion that supports the College’s commitment to creating an inclusive college of academic excellence where a variety of people and perspectives are welcome, and to providing an environment where students from all races, ethnicities, national origins, genders, sexual orientations and backgrounds may succeed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, coaching and developing student-athletes; organizing visits; assisting with practice and game preparation, including planning of travel; game film breakdown; film exchange; fund raising; game management; and other administrative duties as assigned. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills required. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and a commitment to the NCAA Division III philosophy and rules and regulations.
