| Description: | Iowa Wesleyan University is accepting applications for an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a part time position and includes campus housing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Head Coach with recruitment and retention of quality student athletes, the coordinating and scheduling of travel, as well as the organization and supervision of all practices and game management while complying with IWC and NCAA Division III Conference rules and regulations. Applicants who are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists are preferred but not required. Qualified applicants should be detail oriented with strong time management and organizational skills, and having a solid understanding of the NCAA Division III is ideal. All applicants must have a valid driver’s license. Travel, evenings and weekends availability is required. A Bachelor’s degree with playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
