Assist in coaching, including preseason preparation, practice and meets, scouting and recruiting of student athletes. Meet with management.

Required Skills

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• High school and college level competition required.
• Ability to teach the fundamental skills required.
• Sound knowledge of the sport required.
• Ability to represent educational goals and philosophy of JCCC to members of the college community and prospective students required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Driving record acceptable to college insurance company required with acceptable MVR (motor vehicle record) check.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Coaching experience preferred.
• Experience with working with basketball players preferred.
