Under the guidelines of Keuka College, the NEAC Conference and the NCAA, the assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the men’s basketball program, including but not limited to: recruiting, eligibility, game and practice plans, scheduling, supervision of student athletes during practices, contests and trips to insure they represent Keuka College in a positive manner, work collaboratively and collegially with fellow staff members, others duties as assigned. It is also the responsibility of the assistant coach to assure that all Keuka College, NEAC and NCAA rules and regulations are followed. Any violation of Keuka College, NEAC or NCAA rules is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
