Provides assistance to the Head Coach for practices, recruiting, and scheduled games. Follows rules and guidelines in accordance with NJCAA and MCCAA and as directed by Head Coach and/or the Athletic Director. Primary focus is on student athletes’ academic success and development as good citizens and representatives of the College. Follows directions from the Athletic Director and Head Coach and remains compliant with all LCC policies, procedures and best practices.
Essential Duties:
Assists Head Coach with recruiting, coaching activities, and in teaching game fundamentals using sound and acceptable teaching practices to student-athletes, preparing them for intercollegiate competition. Foster sportsmanship and fair play.
