Mount Mercy is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach in a competitive NAIA program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting Head Coach with administrative duties relative to recruiting, scouting, practice and game preparation, video analysis and breakdown and physical development of student-athletes.

Experience leading strength training and conditioning exercises, leading individual/small group basketball skill workouts is preferred. Regular attendance of practice and games is required. An educational background working with high school or college students is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with coaching and/or playing experience and an ability to demonstrate a commitment to high academic standards.
