• Represent Nazareth College at off-campus basketball recruiting events
• Consistently contact potential recruits through the use of telephone calls, school visits, and emails
• Handle all mailings to potential recruits
• Help organize campus visitation for potential recruits
• Manage recruit information through the use of our current data management system (Frontrush)
• Coordinate all video breakdown of our team and opponents
• Learn current video software program (Gamebreaker)
• Instruct athletes in practice situations
• Attend all games with team
• Develop written scouting reports on opponents
• Organize and supervise team fundraising activities including basketball clinics
• Assist in the promotion and marketing of team activities to increase attendance at games
• Assist with the academic monitoring/development of current team members
• Assist with team practice scheduling and travel arrangements
Additional Responsibilities
Help organize academic support for team members and supervise team academic sessions.
Educate and train team manager in understanding his role and responsibilities.
