A bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Perform all job duties in a manner consistent with NCAA, conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Experience coordinating academics and mentoring students. Have served in some capacity in a Division I basketball program as a player or a coach. Minimum two years experience of Division I coaching as a full time or graduate assistant coach. Knowledge of the academic side of coaching. History of successful recruiting. Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
