The assistant coach is responsible for all travel arrangements and staying within the operating budget assigned by the head coach. He is to assist the head coach in all areas, especially those dealing with clerical work, film exchange, equipment management and academic plans for each student-athlete. The assistant is expected to aid in the personal development of student athletes whose on and off the court behavior reflects favorably upon the Our Lady of the Lake community in general and the athletics program in particular.
