Palm Beach Prep is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Basketball Coach to work with our post-grad program. This is an entry-level opportunity for a driven coach looking to gain hands-on experience in player development, recruiting, and daily program operations. This role is demanding and requires a high level of energy, accountability, and commitment to the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily practices, workouts, and game preparation
• Supervise players in housing and enforce program standards
• Lead individual skill development sessions
• Film, edit, and break down practice and game footage
• Support recruiting and assist with player placement
• Manage daily operations, scheduling, and logistics
• Handle equipment and assist with team transportation
• Track statistics and support scouting reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in high school, AAU, or college basketball
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and long hours as needed
• Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Former college basketball player or manager
• Previous coaching experience
• Experience with video software
• Desire to pursue a career in basketball coaching

Compensation:

• Stipend position
• Housing provided

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
