Paul Smith’s College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. This is a part-time (9-month) stipend position that reports to the Head Men’s Basketball Coach. Paul
Smith’s College Men’s Basketball is a member of the Yankee Small College Conference and the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, assisting in all phases of the recruiting process, monitor the academic progress of student athletes, overseeing weight training and conditioning sessions, performing individual skill development workouts, conducting film exchange/breakdown of film review, and other duties as assigned by the head coach. Position will remain open until filled.

This position will receive a $7,500 stipend. This position will also get designated reimbursement for recruitment efforts.

Successful candidates should have a background as either a player or coach at the collegiate level or demonstrated experience at the high school level. Candidates with the ability/desire to learn successful recruitment strategies of student athletes and lead in all facets of coaching a collegiate basketball program will be considered.
