Assist the head coach in planning and organizing all phases of a NJCAA Div 1 program
Recruitment of prospective regional student-athletes
Scouting of assigned opponents
Assist head coach in preparation and conduct of practices and games
Coordinate the overseeing academic progress
Develop relationships with campus support departments and athletic departments (residence life, academics, etc)
Coordinate outreach efforts with community and assist in fund-raising activities
Assist the head coach in any other aspect of the program
