Description:	The Department of Athletics invites applications for a part-time, non-tenure-track appointment at the rank of Assistant Coach within Collective Bargaining Unit 3. The assistant men’s basketball coach will, assist in the everyday operations of the program which may include: assisting with practices, games, film breakdown, scouting, recruiting and other duties assigned by the head coach. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required Experience at the four-year collegiate level Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A potential candidate’s consideration will be enhanced by providing evidence of: Playing experience, preferably at the four-year level. Ability to organize and administer practice sessions Ability to navigate social media, multimedia and game breaker Demonstrated ability to provide competent support in the administrative requirements of a men’s basketball (travel coordination, reconciliation of documents, scheduling, and recruiting).
