Strength N Motion International Academy in San Antonio, Texas is accepting applications for Assistant Coach.

This position will work directly with a boys’ post-grad basketball team. We are looking for an individual who is proactive in problem solving, demonstrates leadership, mentors our young student athletes, and always conducts themselves in a professional manner. This position will provide exposure to college coaches at all levels and help in gaining experience and knowledge to help further their career.

Primary duties will include:
Housing supervision
On court instruction
Individual skill development
Create Practice plans and execute
Equipment Management
Transportation (Valid Drivers License required)

Oversee study hall
Daily Basketball Operations

and any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach

Required Qualifications: 

Associates or Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.

Collegiate coaching/playing experience and/or coaching experience at the high school level.

Must be able to work evenings/weekends and maintain a flexible work schedule

Must be willing to board in team house to supervise housing.

This position is available immediately and will include room, board, and biweekly stipend.
