Description:

STRENGTH N MOTION INTERNATIONAL is seeking a driven individual for the position

of Assistant Coach for the 2022-2023 season. This position provides an excellent opportunity to get hands on experience in coaching and offers exposure to college coaches/sports network.

 

Responsibilities include assisting in all facets of the post graduate prep program including but not limited to:

 

  • Demonstrating basketball skills and techniques
  • Evaluation of student-athletes
  • Assist with strength training
  • Practice planning and game-day preparation
  • Recruitment of prospective student-athletes
  • Helping grow social media presence
  • Daily transportation needs
  • Supervising Team Housing

 

Qualifications:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

 

Experience/Skills:

  • 2 years of experience coaching basketball
  • Strong communication skills
  • Evening and weekend work is required
  • Willing to drive 12 to 15-passenger vehicles to competition
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
