The successful candidate will have the proven experience to support our Head Coach in the development of a winning national program coupled with a passion for developing Complete Champions (focused on academic achievement, leadership development, spiritual growth, and community service).
The major responsibilities for this CIS assistant coaching position are, under the format of the Complete Champion Approach™, to:
• Assist in team leadership including supporting individual player development and team practice.
• Provide day to day team support and administration.
• Support player recruitment.
• Assist with developing alumni relations and communications
• Live a servant-leader way of life and fully embrace The Complete Champion Approach™
Minimum requirements include 1-2 years of experience in a varsity athletic program and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who are working towards a NCCP certification. In addition, candidates must have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate and work easily with students, parents, Head Coaches, faculty, staff, administration and members of the public.
