HEAD MEN’S AND WOMEN’S CROSS COUNTRY COACH/ASSISTANT MEN’S BASKETBALL COACH Duties include administration in all phases of the program, including a commitment to recruiting quality student-athletes, player evaluation, practice planning and implementation, off-season conditioning, fund-raising, and scheduling. Bachelor’s degree and previous collegiate playing and coaching experience are required. All Urbana University Athletic programs and staff must function within the rules and regulations established by the NCAA and the respective conference.
