WPI (Worcester, MA) is looking for a hungry coach that lives in our area and is available year-round with varied hours including evenings and weekends.  The individual will be involved in all aspects of our program with specific attention to recruiting; film editing/game preparation/film exchange; organization of camps/clinics and alumni events; practice/game coaching and player development.  This is a good job for an individual looking to get experience coaching at the college level or a retired/veteran coach wishing to stay involved in a college program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree  preferred
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle
• Some previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
• Ability to adhere to NCAA and NEWMAC rules and regulations
• Strong technical skills with desire and ability to learn film editing systems
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Consistent work-ethic with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well with other staff members and members of the WPI community
