Under the direction of the Head Men’s Basketball Coach and Director of Men’s Basketball Internal Operations, the Assistant Director of Men’s Basketball Administration shall include responsibilities for the planning and effective coordination of men’s basketball operations and administrative support of the basketball program, for assisting with community outreach and alumni relations, and for other duties as assigned. This position is designated as weather/event essential.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
• Prior experience working with a collegiate or professional basketball program
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional relationships, communication, and organization in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with basketball operations and travel within a Division I basketball program
