Provide administrative support primarily to the Head Coach, Assist. Basketball Coaches, and Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. Coordinate Head Coach’s calendar and prepare correspondence as well as all other day to day operations of a Division I Basketball program. Work with on-site travel agent assisting with team travel and recruiting travel. Complete and reconcile all travel authorization and settlements, process and reconcile all purchase card orders, and maintain inventory records. Assist the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations in a variety of duties including housing, meals, pre-season camp and Summer Basketball Camps. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum of one year of intercollegiate athletic administration.

Preferred Qualifications

Division I athletics administration experience.
