Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinate online and national recruiting
  • Recruit qualified student-athletes for the Varsity and JV team
  • Possible head JV coaching duties
  • Provide assistance to the head coach with all day-to-day operations including but not limited to: Recruiting, practice preparation, on-floor coaching, player skill development, strength and conditioning training, scouting, film editing, administration duties, study-hall, fund-raising, community service.
Preferred Minimum Qualification Include:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience playing, or coaching at the collegiate or high school level
  • Success recruiting quality student-athletes and maintaining a database of prospective student-athletes
  • Experience with player skill development
  • Have a great work ethic
  • Posses a strong passion and desire for the coaching profession
Anticipated start date for this position is July 1st 2018. This is a 10 month position. The pay is $15,000 a year plus an opportunity to work camp this summer in June.
