Analyzes performance and instructs student athletes in game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competitions. Support and observe student athletes academic performance throughout the school year and maintain eligibility working toward graduation and a degree. Have a strong recruiting experience at the junior college and high school level.
1. Represent CSC and the athletic department in a positive manner with a high degree of integrity and quality.
2. Promote and support CSC and its mission.
3. Promote and support CSC Athletic Department’s program mission and goals.
4. Assist athletic program within the rules, policies and procedures of CSC, RMAC, and the NCAA.
5. Assist the Head Coach with coaching, recruiting, administration, and overall implementation of the men’s basketball program.
6. Assist head coach with the development, coordination, implementation of practice plans, strategies, and coaching techniques.
7. Provide leadership and oversight with the men’s basketball program compliance of NCAA rules and regulations.
8. Other duties assigned by the Head Coach or the AD

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Clean Driving Record
3. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
4. Strong Recruiting background
