Description:
Responsibilities include: assisting the head coach with recruiting, practice, scouting, game day activities, equipment inventory and care, organizational planning and player/personnel management.

Minimum qualifications include a strong background and experience in basketball, ability to represent DCB in a professional manner at all times, valid driver’s license, and good interpersonal skills.  Preferred qualifications are prior playing or coaching at college level, knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations, and good written and oral communication skills.
