Description:
DeSales University, located in Center Valley, PA (50 minutes north of Philadelphia), is accepting applications for a full-time assistant men’s basketball coach. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the men’s basketball program including: on floor game and practice coaching; scouting and game preparation; recruitment and retention of student athletes, practice planning and team fundraising including camps and clinics. This is a salaried full-time position with an excellent benefit package.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Collegiate coaching or playing experience required
  • Highly energetic and motivated individual who can build quality relationships with our athletes, department and university staff and potential recruits and their families
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Background checks required
  • Must be able to start by October 10, 2022
