The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the College’s intercollegiate athletic program.

The individual will mentor, motivate, and develop student athletes in a Division III educational environment, assist the Head Coach with practices, contests, recruitment and scouting. Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with the NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
