Fisher College, located in Boston’s Back Bay, with its practice and playing location in Lynn, MA, seeks an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach to assist the head coach in the administration and leadership of the Fisher College basketball program by providing coaching and instruction, recruiting, and facilitation of training and practice activities. Other duties include but are not limited to responsibilities in the areas of game management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to demonstrate and teach advanced skills, knowledge, and strategies of the game of basketball; knowledge of NAIA recruiting and compliance procedures preferred; ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment as to the manner and method of teaching and the ability to work independently without direct supervision; excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and effective written and oral communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Driver’s License
