The Assistant Coach is the right-hand person to Head Coach, working daily to assist them with practices sessions, preparing for games and scouting upcoming opponents and future student athletes. The Assistant Coach for Men’s Basketball will assist in recruitment of roster, on court coaching, scheduling, player development, and maintenance of program budget. Duties include but not limited to: Handling opponent scouting, work with video breakdown, organize study hall program and academic monitoring, serve as a liaison with Academic counselor, work with student-athlete on strength and conditioning, responsible for in handling equipment & uniforms, and responsible for compliance and paperwork for both college and NJCAA.
