The assistant coach is responsible to the head coach for all areas related to the operation of the men’s basketball program. Duties include on the floor coaching, recruiting, interaction with student-athletes related to academic pursuits and any other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Required qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is required, along with prior coaching experience. Candidates with NCAA Recruiting Certification and/or Division 1 coaching experience are preferred. The successful candidate must have working knowledge of NCAA and Southern Conference rules in relation to men’s basketball.
