The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) has an opening for a full-time Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for its NCAA Division 1 program.  Responsibilities include shared organization and instruction of team practices, off-season workouts, scouting, event management, summer camps, shared scouting/game prep on opponents, operational duties, recruiting, and perform other duties as assigned.

The preferred qualified candidate must have a bachelors’ degree, three or more years of experience coaching at the college level.  The candidate shall demonstrate the ability to pay attention to detail, enjoy problem solving, demonstrate a strong work ethic, be organized, be flexible, have strong written and communication skills, and have strong working knowledge of technology involved with the position.
