Involved in all aspects of the Basketball Program. Will share responsibilities with the Head Coach of coordinating the skill development, academics, and recruiting. At times will share the responsibilities of establishing/enforcing team rules, attend some meetings as well as fundraising functions/alumni events for the HC.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Position requires travel during the week and weekends. Knowledge of NCAA rules/regulations with three years of relative coaching experience in a college setting. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with all departments of the College, Trustees, and external constituents. Experienced with office management procedures; be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a college or university environment required.
